The perfect easy steak recipe when you want to eat like a queen or king but don’t want to cook like one. 😉 All you need is a few ingredients and a little bit of time to complete this yummy protein packed meal for two!
Ribeye Steak Skillet Style

Ingredients
- 2 6-8 ounce ribeye steak
- 1 tablespoon ghee or grass fed butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Rub seasonings onto both sides of steaks.
- Preheat the skillet on stovetop to medium high heat.
- Once heated, add the butter and olive oil to the skillet.
- Place steaks in skillet and cook for approximately 8 minutes each side.
- This will produce a medium well steak. Check the internal temperature using a food thermometer to ensure its cooked to your preference.

Final cooked temperature should be:
Rare 130 to 140 degree F
Medium rare 145degree F
Medium 160 degree F
Well done 170 degree F
